About the Role:
As a Systems Support Analyst, you?ll work closely with IT management to plan, organize, and implement IT solutions, responding to inquiries and support requests from our users with a strong focus on customer service and client interaction. This role is ideal for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, has excellent problem-solving skills, and enjoys building relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- Valid Texas driver?s license and professional appearance
- Proven experience in managing and supporting PCs and peripheral devices within a networked environment
- Ability to understand and follow technical documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and document support requests, prioritize in Service Desk Plus, and troubleshoot user issues effectively
- Provide remote and onsite support as needed, using RealVNC for remote access
- Assist IT team on projects as directed by management
- Procure and track computer and printer hardware, maintaining documentation on technology assets
- Manage user accounts (Windows, Outlook) and application credentials across employee lifecycle
- Configure, install, and maintain PCs, peripheral hardware, printers, and network devices
- Support the McCombs IT Support Line for three days each week, handling phone and email requests, opening tickets, and assigning to appropriate support staff
- Serve as the primary IT contact for one dealership location, identifying needs and ensuring effective follow-up on solutions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and business-use PC, laptop, and tablet technology
- Familiarity with network configurations in a Windows environment
- Ability to follow and execute technical instructions
- Effective use of security, network management, and collaboration software
- Strong interpersonal skills for both in-person and remote interactions
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking
